The Paris Commune. Sunday, April 16, 1871. The Commune decides to take a census of abandoned shops and workshops and to promote the creation of workers' cooperatives. It is one of the innovations introduced by the Labor Commission. Here, the new idea of self-management is expressed: you can produce without bosses. Furthermore, the Commune decides on a three-year period for the repayment of deadlines and debts.
