Payment:
Payment can be made via PayPal or advance bank transfer.

Invoicing:
Invoicing is carried out only if the VAT number and/or Tax Code are clearly indicated for each order. This data will be used for the compilation of the Customer/Supplier lists as per Legislative Decree 248/2006. In the case of sales to private individuals, the goods will be accompanied by an invoice.
Shipping:
Shipping is carried out as quickly as possible, normally within 2 working days after the order. However, delays may occur due to force majeure.
Complaints:
The Customer may exercise the right of Withdrawal or Change of Mind, by returning the goods received within 15 days following the date of receipt. In case of dispute, please communicate the problem precisely. We ask to be contacted before returning the goods. The goods must be intact and in their original packaging; returns of partially used products will not be accepted, except for those products that are found to be defective. In case of withdrawal, the value of the goods will be refunded by bank check or, at the Customer's request, a credit of equal value will be assigned for a future order.
